We want to formally thank you for the outstanding service you and your crew performed extremely well, I would like to highlight just a few:
• You displayed a great deal of sensitivity, attentiveness and just plain old caring toward my mother, certainly beyond the call of duty. It was my mother's first kitchen renovation and, as you well know, at 75 years of age, most things have a different significance than they do at 40 years of age.
• You were "there" for us when we needed something explained --even if for the umpteenth time --, when there were "glitches" or simply to give welcomed and valuable advice to neophytes like us.
• When the flooring we had chosen did not meet your expectations, you stopped the job, took time to explain why you would not accept the floor and personally made sure we had the right flooring even if it meant you might be inconvenienced or financially penalized.
• You looked after our best interests even if this meant going against your best interest by taking your personal time to ensure that all was exactly as it should be by your standards and our expectations.
• Though we realize that our kitchen was extremely small, you treated it as if it was the grandest, finest and biggest kitchen in the entire world. In other words, to you, this was the most important job to us.
We cannot thank you enough nor express our gratitude enough. Both my mother and I feel that we have a wonderful friend and trusted professional in you.
